The Clubhouse Commemorative Cuvée is an extremely limited bottling that exemplifies the terroir synergy that is possible from an exceptional combination of soil types, elevations, microclimates, and clones. Sourced from the Evenstad Estate, Winery Hill Estate, Jerusalem Hill Vineyard, and Two Barns Vineyard, this blend was meticulously crafted much like The Clubhouse–with a focus on enduring character and timeless quality.

A celebratory blend crafted from hand-selected barrels of Domaine Serene single vineyards, the Clubhouse Commemorative Cuvée is deep and dark in the glass. Expressive aromas of dark chocolate, anise, and cedar leap from the glass. Suede-like tannins, built to age beautifully, fill the mouth and showcase savory dark fruit flavors. The finish is long and persistent. This is a powerful wine that, while inviting and approachable upon release, was built to age gracefully over time.

This blend was created as a one-time limited offering to commemorate the establishment of the Grace and Ken Evenstad Center for Wine Education at Linfield University.

The wine is polished and richly structured, presenting an alluring bouquet of raspberry, fresh violet, dark cherry, boysenberry, milk chocolate, and purple flowers. Layers of spices, cinnamon, savory tea, tobacco leaf, vanilla bean, and white peppercorn add complexity. The full-bodied palate reveals ripe dark fruit flavors complemented by secondary notes of wet-turned earth and sweet oak spices.

We created this exclusive, one-time offering to commemorate Ken Evenstad’s life. Ken loved concentrated and powerful Pinot Noirs. As a result, we crafted this robust wine, which showcases a judicious use of oak. A perfect blend of intensity and sophistication, this commemorative cuvée has layers of depth, blending components of volume, weight, and density. The alluring aromas of juicy huckleberry bramble, chocolate, and graphite minerality tantalize the senses. Inky dark in the glass and powerful on the palate, the sultry palate has layers to explore while lingering in a long finish of firm tannins.
