Having planted and harvested vintages from our Dundee Hills estate for three decades, we’ve learned the nuances of our vineyards, and have set aside select parcels to farm exclusively for our sparkling wines. Grapes from these vineyards exhibit a delightful blend of floral and red fruit character, which we shepherd into this member-exclusive wine. A portion of reserve wine added to the blend increases complexity, longevity, and sheer drinking pleasure in this exquisite multi-vintage sparkling wine.
A wine with a stunning personality. The aroma of wild strawberry flowers brings you right to the rim of the glass. Deep red currant plays exquisitely with just enough rhubarb and the perfect tartness of dried strawberries. The acidity shows nicely on the finish of this incredibly fun yet dignified third edition.
