The Fleur de Lis vineyard is located on the Evenstad Estate and is planted exclusively with Dijon clones. This ridge-top four-acre vineyard slopes gently to the east and ranges in elevation from 720 to 740 feet of elevation, producing wines of exceptional aromatic complexity and structural finesse.

The 2019 Fleur de Lis expresses a dark fruit pedigree of refined dried floral, tannins and truffle character. This beautiful floral and fruit combination would pair well with pasta or chantrelle beef. Good tension and strong structure means this wine would be a great vintage to cellar for many years.

"This wine's pretty aromas of Hood strawberries, violets, and butterscotch are a joy to encounter. Flavor-wise, it juxtaposes of ripe red cherries and tangy cornichons, with a bit of cove for good measure. The wine's mouthfeel is crisp, with elevated acidity and fine-grained tannins."
