It is crafted with 100% Chardonnay grapes from our estate vineyards in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. The name ‘ Récolte’-the French word for Harvest - pays tribute to our high-elevation Dijon clone Chardonnay vineyards planted in volcanic Jory soils. Having rested on its lees for over five years, this wine is a testament to our commitment to crafting world-class sparkling wines through consistent care and precision.

Our Blanc de Blancs shows the purity of its expression in its finish. With a subtle hint of vanilla, buttered croissant, and lemon, this sparkling is sure to please. It is full-bodied, rich, and complex with nuances of brioche and freshly baked bread. It maintains its vitality over time while remaining vibrant and fresh to the eye.
