bottle of mark bradford pinot noir
95 points

Mark Bradford Vineyard is a high elevation site located on the west-facing slope of the Evenstad Estate. It was the first vineyard planted at Domaine Serene and is named after Grace and Ken Evenstad’s son. This dynamic wine delivers a serious, rich palate with focused tannins and lingering flavor.

Tasting Notes: Dark red in color, the 2015 Mark Bradford Vineyard features expressive aromas of cocoa dust, blackberry, and vanilla bean. Powerful, yet suede-like tannins frame intense dark chocolate and cranberry fruit, baking spices and sweet oak. A gorgeous wine with supple characteristics that is approachable now, but will evolve for decades.
