The Côte Sud Vineyard, located on the south facing slope of the Evenstad Estate, is our only vineyard planted to both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Rich and golden in color, the 2013 Côte Sud Chardonnay entices with a bouquet of mandarin orange, candied citrus, fresh white flowers and vanilla. This wine shows great presence on the mid-palate; it is pure and vibrant with layers of marmalade, honey and crème caramel. The mouthfeel is rich and round with balanced acidity, impressive viscosity and a smooth, creamy finish.
