Domaine Serene Wine Lounge Lake Oswego proudly announces the arrival of Chef John Conlin, formerly of the renowned Tercet fine dining restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Chef Conlin began his culinary journey in the Bay Area kitchen of Chef Tony Najiloa at Central Market, where he mastered the fundamentals of cooking. He then served as a sous chef at Marc Meyers' Five Points in NoHo and his "Farm to Table" Cookshop in Chelsea, before honing his skills at the legendary Savoy and the Michelin-starred Le Restaurant. Now in the heart of downtown Lake Oswego, Chef Conlin has crafted an array of delectable dishes thoughtfully paired with the acclaimed Domaine Serene Oregon and Burgundy wine selection.

To celebrate Chef Conlin's arrival, Domaine Serene Wine Lounge is launching a series of exclusive prix fixe dining experiences that promise to tantalize your taste buds. Guests have the option of indulging in a three-course Chef's Dinner, a luxurious five-course dinner menu, or the ultimate Chef’s Dinner for Two. This personalized five-course experience is tailored to each guest's preferences, with a customized menu supplied for review two weeks ahead of the dining date. This package includes an exceptional bottle of wine and a guided evening led by their knowledgeable sommelier team.

Ideally situated in downtown Lake Oswego, Domaine Serene Wine Lounge Lake Oswego offers a stylish and inviting ambiance, making it the perfect stop for pre or post-shopping or a memorable destination for a luxurious dining experience. The lounge boasts an impressive collection of award-winning wines from Domaine Serene, alongside selections from Château de la Crée and Maison Evenstad, representing the Burgundian wineries of Evenstad Estates in the Santenay region of the Côte de Beaune.

Guests, members, and walk-ins alike are welcome for wines by the glass, flights, light bites, or dinner Wednesdays through Sundays, with live music every Thursday from 6 - 8 p.m. and a Hang Time Happy Hour on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 - 3 p.m.
