Venues at The Clubhouse at Domaine Serene can accommodate groups of up to 300 people, with more intimate options available as well. Our knowledgeable staff will ensure every element of your event is taken care of, with customized experiences based on your needs.
Corporate membership members receive 50% off venue fees.
Due to the detailed nature of events, we require a professional planner for all corporate events. Clients must have a planner prior to contracting and must use Domaine Serene’s affiliate vendors for catering and rentals. All other vendors must be approved in advance. Additional restrooms must be provided for all experience sizes of 75 guests or larger for Monogram Room packages. Valets are recommended for groups larger than 100.
We offer a range of packages for corporate events, starting at $25k. All prices are a combination of venue fee and beverage minimum. All packages will have a dedicated day of event manager and sommelier and use of all four houses located at the Domaine Serene Vineyards & Winery grounds which sleeps up to 36 guests.
For night events please note that we comply with the Yamhill County law which states that music and sound must end by 10:00pm. Guest house stays are available for members only through points redemption and availability.
