The nose has a cereal grain character with blueberry, and strawberry notes. The palate consists of coffee beans, and darker fruit but with lighter berry flowers possessing layers of characteristics. The 2019 vintage was built for aging with chalky, forward tannins. Perfect served alongside short ribs or Coq au Vin.
