The 2014 Etoile Vineyard Chardonnay represents our smallest single vineyard bottling, sourced from a meticulously tended parcel. Initially revealing youthful mineral and citrus tones, it evolves gracefully to unveil marmalade notes atop a backdrop of tea tree oil, citrus, and floral imagery. With age, it has gained a rounded palate texture while maintaining its clean, precise character, culminating in an exceptionally long finish underlined by its high acidity. While ready to enjoy now, it also possesses the potential to age gracefully for another 2-3 years.
