heavily on Dijon clone Pinot Noir to provide dark fruit flavors and structure. This brooding wine offers a complex and layered aroma profile with notes of black cherry, black plum, anise, and tar. On the palate, the wine is powerful, rich and structural while still retaining its balance. The dark and brooding characters persist in this wine that offers tremendous flavor density and great persistence.
